The four projects below are drawn from the last six years of practice.
Half the studio's calendar is spent walking existing fabric — re-stitching a wing, lifting a roof line, replacing what decades of deferred maintenance have taken. From a Dutch colonial in Litchfield to a thirty-eight-acre river estate in Columbia County, the work is careful, quiet, and signed by the joinery shop.
The commercial portfolio is small by design. Tasting pavilions for a Finger Lakes winery, a private library for a Columbia University alumnus, and the Cold Spring flagship for our own millwork studio — each one pushed the joinery and metal shops in directions a residence alone rarely asks for.

A 2,400-square-foot pavilion cantilevered over a vineyard edge, with the millwork bar fabricated entirely in-house from a single 38-foot white oak tree selected by the principal and the shop foreman.

A 1,600-square-foot private library commissioned by a Columbia alumnus and collector of twentieth-century first editions. Each shelf depth, ladder rail, and reading-table joint was drawn and built on Foundry Lane.

The studio's own 3,200-square-foot flagship on Foundry Lane — a working showroom where clients can walk through full-scale stair, door, and mantel mock-ups fabricated in the adjoining shop.
Forty-five minutes with a Jamison House principal — by phone, by video, or in the Cold Spring studio. No proposal, no commitment, no fee. The studio takes on a small number of new commissions each year and prefers to begin them in conversation.
